Basic structure
Vacuum homogenization emulsifying pot: The main pot has a capacity of generally 250L and a working volume of about 200L. The inner wall is mostly made of SUS316L stainless steel material, which has good corrosion resistance. The pot body has a three-layer structure, with a heating and insulation jacket formed between the inner and middle layers, which can be heated or cooled by introducing a thermal conductive medium or cooling water.
Pre mixing pot: including a water pot and an oil pot, used for pre mixing water phase and oil phase materials. The capacity of water and oil pots varies depending on the design of different manufacturers. Generally, the capacity of water pots is around 130L-160L, while that of oil pots is around 100L-130L.
Mixing system: usually includes a frame type scraping wall mixer and a central mixer, and the mixing speed can be adjusted by frequency conversion. The scraper mixer can make the PTFE scraper stick tightly to the pot wall, preventing materials from sticking to the wall.
Homogenization system: The upper homogenization method is commonly used, and the homogenization motor power is generally around 4KW, with a speed of up to 2800r/min-3000r/min. Through the shear action between the high-speed rotating cutting wheel and the fixed cutting sleeve, the material is crushed into small particles.
Vacuum system: Using a water ring vacuum pump, the pot can reach a maximum vacuum degree of about 0.09MPa, which is used to remove bubbles generated during the mixing process of materials, preventing material oxidation and pollution.
Heating and temperature control system: Electric heating or steam heating can be used, and the heating temperature can be set arbitrarily and automatically controlled. There is an insulation layer outside the interlayer to reduce heat loss.
Hydraulic lifting system: used for lifting and lowering the lid of the pot, facilitating feeding and cleaning. Some equipment also has a tilting function for the pot body, making it easy to discharge.
Working principle
The materials are mixed and reacted by heating and stirring in water and oil pots, and then sucked into the emulsification pot by a vacuum pump. In the emulsifying pot, the material is continuously stirred at the center and scraped to create new interfaces, and then flows downwards to the homogenizer below the pot body. Under the strong shearing, impact, turbulence and other effects between the high-speed rotating cutting wheel and the fixed cutting sleeve, the material is quickly broken into particles of 200nm-2um. At the same time, due to the vacuum state inside the pot, the bubbles generated during the stirring process of the material are promptly removed, thus obtaining a uniform and delicate emulsified product.

High speed mixing without residue: The materials in the pot are sheared, dispersed, and emulsified through high-speed internal circulation of the homogenizer, combined with forward and reverse double stirring, which can effectively solve the problem of material sticking to the pot wall without leaving any dead corners. Material dispersion, homogenization, emulsification, etc. can be completed in a short time.
Hygiene meets standards: The parts in contact with materials are made of high-quality stainless steel, which complies with GMP requirements and specifications.
