    Working principle

    The agitator in the planetary mixer rotates around the axis of the kettle body at different speeds while revolving around its own axis, causing the material to undergo complex movements inside the kettle body, subjected to strong shear and rubbing. In addition, the scraper blade inside the equipment rotates around the axis of the kettle body to scrape off the material stuck to the wall and participate in mixing, making it more effective.

    Performance characteristics

    High speed mixing: The combination of planetary stirring blades' revolution and rotation enables the material to achieve uniform mixing in a short period of time, with a mixing efficiency much higher than that of ordinary mixers.
    No dead corners design: The scraper blade rotates tightly against the inner wall of the kettle, effectively scraping off materials attached to the wall and ensuring no dead corners in the mixing process.
    Accurate temperature control: Equipped with a jacket temperature control system, it can be heated or cooled by circulating water, steam, or hot oil, with a temperature control accuracy of ± 1 ℃.
    Vacuum operation: The kettle body adopts a special sealed structure, which can be pressurized and vacuumed. The vacuum degree can reach -0.098Mpa, effectively eliminating bubbles in the material and improving product quality.
    Variable frequency speed regulation: The speed of the stirring blade and dispersing disc can be adjusted through a frequency converter to adapt to material processing with different viscosities and process requirements.
    Easy to clean: The stirring blade and scraping blade can completely detach from the cylinder body as the crossbeam rises, making it easy to clean and maintain.
