With the increasing demand for materials in various industries, the requirements for particles are becoming finer and finer. Although existing sand mill manufacturers have optimized their product design, manufacturing, and processes, the existing horizontal sand mills inevitably face five major challenges.
To solve these five major problems, we have developed a new design concept and manufactured the LSM series vertical inorganic sealed mesh free sand grinder.

Equipment purpose
Used for wet ultrafine grinding and dispersion of pulp.
Basic requirements
1. Each 2-10L slurry/batch is ground and dispersed without introducing any impurities during the grinding process.
2. The equipment has a split structure, which is easy to operate and maintain quickly and conveniently.
3. The equipment design is reasonable, the operation is stable, the reliability is good, and the noise is less than 65db.
Features of the equipment
1. Adopting a double end water-cooled mechanical seal, it has good sealing performance, no water leakage, and no material leakage.
2. The material is transported by suction and extraction, which changes the traditional pressurized transportation method, reduces the pressure inside the grinding chamber, greatly improves the operational stability and service life of the mechanical seal, and also eliminates the phenomenon of slurry blockage at the filter port.
3. The lining inside the grinding chamber of the equipment is made of zirconia ceramic structural components, which have good wear resistance, large filtration area, and will not cause slurry blockage.
4. High grinding efficiency, narrow and fine particle size distribution.
5. The amount of grinding medium used is small while the processing capacity is large.

Main component technical specifications
(1) Ultra fine grinding host seat
The external dimensions of the ultrafine grinding host seat are 790 * 700 * 1200 220KG, made of A3 steel plate folded and reinforced with steel sections for support. The four foot contact parts are equipped with shock pads to make the grinding machine run more smoothly and without vibration.
(2) Grinding machine mainframe box
The main body of the grinder is made of HT200 material casting, and is precision machined through turning, boring, grinding, drilling, etc. The spindle is made of 2cr13 material, which is quenched and tempered, precision machined, and then ground. The bearings are made of SKF bearings.
(3) Mechanical seal
The mechanical seal is carefully designed by our company based on this model, using a double end mechanical seal. The sealing material is made of hard alloy, and the inner and outer sleeves are made of 304 stainless steel with a cooling system.
(4) Ultra fine grinding chamber
The ultrafine grinding chamber is composed of various wear-resistant materials, with the outer layer made of 304 stainless steel, polished, and equipped with a cooling system. The inner lining is made of silicon carbide ceramic grinding inner wall. The stirring rotor adopts a rod pin type rotor made of zirconia (zirconia purity is 99.5%, density is 6.0, strength is 1000-1200Mpa.). The dispersing disk and main shaft are sealed with O-rings, and the grinding chamber and main engine box are connected with flanges and mechanical seals. Other sealing parts are sealed with O-rings, and process holes are drilled on the flanges for easy disassembly.
(5) Mechanical seal coolant tank
The mechanical seal coolant tank consists of a double-layer bucket, a bucket lid, and a coolant pump. The material is 304 stainless steel, and the surface is polished. The coolant storage capacity is 10 liters, and the bucket is equipped with cooling water and a level switch to ensure the safe operation of the mechanical seal.
(6) Mill drive motor
Adopting Y2 series three-phase asynchronous motor, motor power: 2.2kw Anhui Wannan Motor, motor stage: 4, voltage: 380V, frequency: 50Hz, variable frequency speed regulation, frequency converter adopts Wuxi Aikte.
(7) Mixing tank
The inner and outer walls of the mixing tank are polished for cleaning. The mixing tank has a capacity of 10 liters and is equipped with a pneumatic motor and a 304 stainless steel base on the upper part of the tank. The mixer adopts an anchor type mixing method and is equipped with a tetrafluoroethylene scraper to ensure that the tank wall is not sticky. The tank mouth is equipped with two openable cover plates for feeding and cleaning. The tank cover is made of 304 stainless steel and the tank bracket is made of stainless steel.
(8) Circulating pump
Circulating pump can be an electric or pneumatic diaphragm pump, interface: 0.5 inches, flow rate: 1500 liters/hour, material: 304 stainless steel
(9) Electrical control cabinet
Material of electrical control box: All electrical boxes and appliances are made of high-quality domestic brand products, including electronic controls.
(10) Variable frequency drive
Adopting Danvers and Hailip frequency converters, with an adaptive power of 2.2kw, to control the spindle speed of the grinding machine.
Install
1. The whole equipment is shipped, easy to install, and simple.
2. The equipment can be installed on any horizontal ground with a cement foundation without the need for anchor bolts, but the foundation of the circulating pump needs to be fixed with expansion screws.
3. Supporting projects for public facilities such as water, electricity, etc.: (1) Cooling water and tap water for equipment cooling slurry; (2) Power supply power: 2.2kw.
Debug
1. After receiving the equipment, the purchaser shall promptly notify the supplier that the equipment has been received and inform the supplier of the purchaser's preparation status.
2. After receiving the equipment debugging notice from the demander, the supplier shall immediately appoint experienced and qualified technical personnel to provide free equipment debugging guidance to the demander.
