Scope of application
Widely applicable, can be added according to customer requirements, including forced stirring, humidification, gas protection, heating and drying, vacuum pumping, etc.
Principles and characteristics
1. Suitable for mixing powders with different densities or adding other additives.
2. Adopting internal and external rotary stirring, with high uniformity.
3. The mixing bucket can be tilted at any angle for easy discharge and cleaning needs.
4. Equipped with an automatic timing device, it can be set to automatically stop from 0 to 999 minutes.
5. Using stainless steel butterfly valves for material discharge, there is no dust leakage or flying phenomenon.
Using the principle of gravity diffusion for mixing, the pressure feedback on the material is small, and there will be no shearing or crushing of the material. The cylinder is made of excellent stainless steel, and both the inner and outer walls are polished. During the mixing process, there is no pollution to the material, with low power consumption, easy cleaning, simple operation, and easy cleaning. It is suitable for use in GMP food and pharmaceutical factories.
Note: Large capacity mixers can be equipped with vacuum feeding systems to improve work efficiency and enhance the working environment.
