The main feature of a circulating stirring ball mill is that it can obtain a narrow particle size distribution after grinding, with less investment in grinding medium and grinding chamber, but can handle a large amount of materials. The slurry can be continuously monitored, and other formula components can be added to the pre mixing tank at any time during the grinding process. Sensitive components can be added near the end of the grinding process. Due to the short residence time of the slurry in the grinding chamber, most of the time is spent in the pre mixing cylinder, which makes it have good temperature control.
Cylinder liner: Ceramic (alumina), ceramic tiles, food grade rubber, or polyurethane can be selected as the liner.
Stirring arm sleeve: optional polyurethane, tungsten carbide, zirconia, etc.
Cylinder head: can be equipped with a floating shaft seal to reduce solvent loss or for inert gas protection.
