Basic structure
Vacuum Homogenization Emulsification Pot: The main pot has a capacity of 650L and a maximum working capacity of 520L. The pot body is a three-layer flange structure, with imported SUS316L stainless steel inner walls treated with matte finish. The interlayer can be heated or cooled with a medium, and the insulation layer is vacuum insulated. The upper part of the pot has a liquid feeding port, a vacuum port, etc., and the bottom has a discharge port and a temperature sensor.
Pre mixing pot: including a water pot and an oil pot, used for pre mixing water phase and oil phase materials.
Mixing system: equipped with a frame type scraper mixer and a center mixer, both with a speed of 0-65r/min, variable frequency speed regulation, and a scraper material of PTFE.
Homogenization system: Adopting the upper homogenization method, it is a vortex high-speed shear homogenizer with a speed of 2800r/min, which can crush the material into particles of 150nm-2um.
Vacuum system: Using a water ring vacuum pump, it can suction materials through vacuum, and the pipeline material is SUS304.
Hydraulic system: equipped with lid lifting and body tilting functions, convenient for feeding, discharging, and cleaning.
Control system: including digital time relay, temperature display, etc., which can adjust the speed and working time of the homogenizer. The operation control cabinet centrally controls all power switches and parameter displays.
Working principle
The materials are first preheated and stirred in a water or oil pot, and then vacuum sucked into an emulsifying pot. In the emulsifying pot, the scraper stirrer continuously generates new interfaces. The material is cut, compressed, and folded by the frame stirrer before flowing towards the homogenizer. Through the strong shear action of the high-speed rotating rotor and stator, it is broken into small particles, and the vacuum system extracts bubbles to achieve emulsification.
