Structural composition
Main pot: The designed capacity is 1000L, and the actual working capacity is about 800L. The main pot consists of a homogenization mixing pot, a homogenization mechanism, a bidirectional mixing mechanism, etc.
Pre mixing pot: including water pot and oil pot. The design capacity of water pot is generally 650L, with a working capacity of 500L; the design capacity of oil pot is 500L, with a working capacity of 400L, both equipped with mixing devices.
Mixing system: Mixing power 4kW, adjustable mixing speed from 0-60rpm, usually using a frame mixer with a scraper to prevent material from sticking to the wall.
Homogenization system: Homogenization power is 11kW, homogenization speed is adjustable from 0-3500rpm, and the material is refined through the shear action between the high-speed rotating rotor and stator.
Vacuum system: used to remove bubbles generated during the mixing process of materials, ensuring product quality.
Electrical control system: It can achieve automatic control of equipment, adjust parameters such as stirring, homogenization speed, and temperature.
Hydraulic system: used for lifting the lid and tilting the pot body, facilitating feeding, discharging, and cleaning.
Working principle
The materials are first pre mixed in the water and oil pots, and then sucked into the main pot through vacuum. In the main pot, the mixer cuts, compresses, and folds the material to flow towards the homogenizer. The high-speed rotating rotor and stator of the homogenizer generate strong shear force, crushing the material into small particles, while the vacuum system extracts bubbles, thereby achieving emulsification.
