    Core structure

    Main emulsifying pot: With an effective capacity of 2000L, it adopts a three-layer jacket structure, which can be heated or cooled by introducing a medium inside. The outer layer also has an insulation layer to prevent heat loss and personnel burns. The pot is equipped with a frame mixer with a PTFE scraper, which can clean the sticky material by sticking to the pot body and prevent material residue.
    Pre mixing system: including a semi open water pot and an oil pot, convenient for feeding. It can first heat and stir the water phase and oil phase materials separately for pre-treatment, and then vacuum them into the main pot to ensure subsequent emulsification efficiency.
    High shear homogenization system: using German technology for high shear homogenizers, combined with spiral stirring and internal and external circulation homogenization design, generating strong shear force through high-speed relative motion of the fixed rotor to refine the material.
    Auxiliary system: Water containing ring vacuum system, with a maximum vacuum of -0.08MPa, used for extracting material bubbles; The hydraulic system can control the lifting of the pot lid and the tilting of the pot body, facilitating feeding, discharging, and cleaning; The electronic control system is integrated into the control panel and can centrally control all functions.

    Features of the equipment

    High speed homogenization: Using a high shear homogenization head, it can achieve processes such as material granulation, emulsification, mixing, blending, and dispersion in a short period of time, with particle sizes up to 200nm-2 μ m.
    Vacuum defoaming: Stirring and emulsification are carried out in a vacuum state, effectively avoiding the mixing of bubbles in the material during the stirring process, ensuring the fineness and stability of the product.
    Intelligent control: Equipped with an electronic control system that can achieve automated operation, the operation is simple and convenient. Some models adopt PLC control system, which can be connected to remote PC computers to optimize production time and save power.
    Stable and Durable: The equipment uses high-quality materials and advanced manufacturing processes to ensure its stability and durability. The parts in contact with materials are usually made of medical grade 316L or 304 stainless steel, with a mirror polished inner surface that meets hygiene requirements.
    Flexible combination: There are two types of machine models to choose from, single emulsification tank and emulsification unit with oil-water pot, both of which can choose different power and mixing forms to achieve the desired performance.

    Working principle

    First, preheat and pre mix the materials in the water and oil pots, and then suck the materials into the main emulsifying pot through a vacuum pump. The frame type agitator inside the pot rotates in reverse with the blade agitator, cutting and folding the materials before conveying them to the homogenizer. The high-speed cutting wheel and fixed cutting sleeve of the homogenizer produce strong shear and impact effects, crushing the materials into small particles of 200nm -2um. At the same time, the vacuum system continuously extracts the bubbles generated during the emulsification process, ultimately forming a delicate and stable emulsion product.
