    Planetary motion structure
    The low-speed mixing paddle (such as spiral Fried Dough Twists type) is combined with the high-speed dispersion plate, and the revolution and rotation are carried out synchronously to ensure that the materials are mixed without dead corners.
    The scraper rotates with the star frame to real-time scrape off residual materials on the kettle wall, avoiding wall sticking and improving mixing uniformity.
    High shear and strong dispersion ability
    The high-speed dispersing disc line speed can reach 1400rpm (adjustable), achieving rapid dispersion of powders, additives, etc.
    The low-speed stirring blade provides up and down flipping and shear force, suitable for mixing high viscosity materials such as sealants, adhesives, and battery slurries.
    Precision temperature control system
    The kettle body adopts a double-layer jacket design, supporting electric heating, steam heating or thermal oil circulation, with a temperature control accuracy of ± 1 ℃, meeting the requirements of thermosensitive materials.
    Some models are equipped with bottom jackets or coils to achieve rapid cooling.
    Vacuum operation capability
    Optional vacuum pump can be used to achieve defoaming, dehydration or vacuum reaction processes in a sealed environment, with a vacuum degree of ≤ -0.098Mpa.
    Mechanical seal or O-ring design ensures stable vacuum environment.
    Modularity and ease of maintenance
    The mixing paddle and dispersing disc can be quickly replaced to adapt to different material characteristics.
    The design separates the kettle body from the main engine, supporting the rotation of multiple kettle bodies to improve production efficiency.
    Hydraulic or electric lifting system, easy to clean and maintain.

    Common faults and troubleshooting methods

      Reason for malfunction Troubleshooting
    Vacuum leak (1) The valve is not closed, and the vacuum valve for the pot lid is not open;
    (2) The sealing ring has been damaged, causing leakage;
    (3) The vacuum pump is not functioning properly.
    ① Close all valves;
    ② Replace the sealing ring;
    ③ Please refer to the vacuum pump manual for maintenance of the vacuum pump.
    The pump cannot generate vacuum (1) No working fluid;
    (2) Serious system leakage;
    (3) The rotation direction is incorrect.
    ① Check the working fluid;
    ② Repair the leakage area;
    ③ Replace two wires and change the direction of rotation.
    The motor does not start (1) At least two power cords are broken;
    (2) Motor bearing failure;
    (3) Homogeneous rotor sintering.
    ① Check the wiring;
    ② Replace the motor bearings;
    ③ Check if the homogenizer rotor rotates flexibly and if there are foreign objects stuck in the homogenizer head or mixer.
    When the motor starts, the current circuit breaker trips (motor overload) (1) Winding short circuit;
    (2) The homogeneous rotor sliding bearing is damaged;
    (3) The lifting shaft or lifting screw and lifting nut are damaged.
    ① Check the motor winding (coil);
    ② Replace sliding bearings;
    ③ Adjust the coaxiality between the guide sleeve and the lifting column, replace the screw rod and screw nut.
    There is a metallic sound when the scraper touches the pot during lifting or operation (1) Poor positioning
    (2) The scraper seat does not rotate flexibly and gets stuck in an inappropriate position.
    ① Accurate positioning adjustment;
    ② Remove the dirt from the scraper seat and replace the pin shaft.
    The oil in the vacuum pump enters the purifier and the pot (3) When the vacuum pump is turned off, the vacuum pump on the purifier is not turned off. ① Before turning off the vacuum pump, first close the vacuum valve on the purifier.
