    Features of the equipment

    Planetary motion structure: a combination of low-speed stirring blades and high-speed dispersing disks, with synchronous revolution and rotation, ensuring that materials are mixed without dead corners. The scraper blade rotates with the star frame to real-time scrape off residual materials on the kettle wall, avoiding wall sticking.
    High shear and strong dispersion ability: The high-speed dispersion disc line speed can reach 1400rpm (adjustable), achieving rapid dispersion of powders, additives, etc. The low-speed stirring blade provides up and down flipping and shear force, suitable for mixing high viscosity materials such as silicone, sealant, and battery slurry.
    Precision temperature control system: The kettle body adopts a double-layer jacket design, supporting electric heating, steam heating, or thermal oil circulation. The temperature control accuracy is ± 1 ℃, meeting the requirements of thermosensitive materials.
    Vacuum operation capability: Optional vacuum pump can be equipped to achieve defoaming, dehydration or vacuum reaction processes in a sealed environment, with a vacuum degree of ≤ -0.09Mpa.
    Modularity and ease of maintenance: The mixing blade and dispersing disc can be quickly replaced to adapt to different material characteristics. The design separates the kettle body from the main engine, supporting the rotation of multiple kettle bodies to improve production efficiency.

    Component

    It consists of a mixing bucket, a mixing cover, a mixing power head (including two sets of low-speed mixing blades, two sets of high-speed dispersers, and one set of scraping blades), a temperature control device, a lifting device, a bucket locking device, and a control system.
    Planetary disperser mixer options:
    ◆ Planetary dispersion combination - There are two types of combinations to choose from for the model, single frame and single dispersion, and double frame and double dispersion, both of which can choose different power and mixing forms to achieve the desired performance.
    Mixing frame - Mixing frames come in spiral, frame, finger, and butterfly forms.
    PLC system - The PLC control system can not only control the equipment, but also connect with remote PC computers installed with automatic processing programs to optimize production time and save power.
    ◆ Temperature measurement - The temperature can be measured from the container wall, or the temperature measurement point can be located in the material in the mixing tank, moving with the revolution, with a temperature difference accuracy of ± 1 ℃.
    Container coating - The container can be coated according to the characteristics of the material.
    ◆ Lifting method - double column hydraulic lifting, single column hydraulic lifting.
