Core structure and performance characteristics
There is no dead angle in the mixing structure: the mainstream adopts a five oar double shaft design, matched with a Fried Dough Twists frame type mixing paddle, a high-speed dispersion plate and a Teflon wall scraper. The gap between the blade and the barrel wall is only 2-5mm, and the gap between the blade and the bottom of the barrel is 2-4mm. It can not only realize the macro mixing of materials through public rotation, but also complete the micro mixing by relying on the shear force of the high-speed dispersion plate, completely avoiding the mixing blind area. SUS304 stainless steel is commonly used for material tanks, which is resistant to acid and alkali corrosion and easy to clean.
Functional adaptation to multiple process requirements: equipped with a jacket type mixing tank, which can be filled with cooling water to regulate material temperature and adapt to processes with different temperature requirements; Paired with a vacuum pump, high vacuum mixing can be achieved, effectively eliminating bubbles in the material and ensuring product quality. Simultaneously supporting multi-stage programming, the mixing speed and time for each stage can be preset to adapt to complex batching processes.
Thoughtful operation and safety design: adopting PLC control and HMI operation interface, the operation is intuitive and convenient; Some models are equipped with electric lifting devices for slurry tanks and spotlights, which facilitate observation of mixing status and loading and unloading of materials. It also has designs for motor overload protection, sealing protection, etc. The dynamic seal uses SiC-S+fluororubber, and the static seal uses materials such as silicone rubber, balancing sealing and safety.
