    Application field

    Precautions

    1. Do not operate mixing or dispersion while the lid is open.
    2. Do not raise the pot lid too high. Observe while touching the upper limit and lid tightly to ensure safety.
    3. Grounding the power supply wire to ensure electrical safety.
    4. Before carrying out any maintenance or cleaning, the equipment must be disconnected from the power supply.
    5. It is relatively forbidden to put hands into the pot or touch various moving parts during the operation of the equipment to prevent accidents.
    6. If there is any abnormal response during operation, stop running immediately and wait to investigate the cause before starting up.

    Installation, commissioning, and maintenance

    1. Connect the power supply, ensure the power supply matches, and ensure that the ground wire is reliably grounded. Turn on the main power switch, and the power indicator light will turn on.
    2. Connect all the pipes and inlet pipes of the pot (connect tap water directly to the inlet), which should be provided by the user.
    3. Lift the upper cover by inching, and it can reach a high point after normal operation. When it reaches the top stop of the travel switch, the travel switch will make a clicking sound, and the lifting should stop on its own.
    4. Before vacuuming, it is necessary to check whether the pot is flush with the pot cover, whether the pot mouth, material mouth cover, etc. are tightly covered, and whether the seal is reliable. Close all valve interfaces on the pot lid, then open the vacuum valve on the pot lid, and then turn on the vacuum pump to evacuate. After meeting the requirements, turn off the vacuum pump. Please refer to the operating manual for functional instructions, and turn off the vacuum valve at the same time.
    5. Disperse cutting and scraper stirring, first add material (which can be replaced by water), and then turn on the corresponding control switches to disperse cutting speed and scraper stirring speed. Disperse the steering wheel to face the cutting wheel and see the reversal; Turn the stirring direction to face the stirring (look up from below) and reverse. During debugging, the homogenizer should be run by tapping and testing, and only after confirming that there are no errors can it be officially put into operation. Before starting the mixing process, it is also necessary to jog and check if there are any abnormalities in the mixing scraper wall. If there are any, they should be eliminated immediately.
    6. To open the pot lid and material port lid, it is necessary to do so when there is no vacuum pressure inside the pot. If there is vacuum pressure inside the pot, the valve on the vacuum interface should be closed (and the vacuum pump should be turned off), and the valve on the pot lid should be opened to eliminate vacuum pressure inside the pot.
    7. The vacuum pump can be started and operated under the sealing condition of the homogenization pot. If there is a special need to open the air to start the pump, the operation should not exceed 3 minutes.
    8. Vacuum pumps are strictly prohibited from operating without oil; It is strictly prohibited to block the exhaust port during pump operation. Before turning off the vacuum pump button, the exhaust valve on the vacuum pipeline must be opened first (to ensure normal pressure in the pipeline and prevent the vacuum pump oil from flowing back into the pipeline).
    9. Regularly check the lubricating oil and grease in each component and bearing, and replace them with clean lubricating oil and grease in a timely manner. (It is recommended to use high-temperature resistant lubricating grease.)
    10. Keep the mixing slurry and dispersing tray clean. Every time the use or material needs to be stopped or replaced, the parts of the mixing slurry and dispersing disc that come into contact with the working fluid should be cleaned. After the flanges of the pot body and lid are fixed relative to each other, the mixing slurry motor should be started and turned correctly without any other abnormalities before it can be started.
    11. All cleaning work for pots is handled by users according to standards. (It is recommended to keep the equipment clean regularly. If there is a prolonged shutdown, it should be cleaned immediately after shutdown.)
