    Working principle

    The stirring blade achieves planetary motion of revolution and rotation, and its speed can be adjusted by PLC and touch screen. This movement method causes the material to undergo complex movements, subjected to strong dispersion and compression, thereby ensuring that the material is fully dispersed and mixed.

    Product features

    Planetary motion structure:
    There are two or three multi-layer blade agitators and 1 to 2 automatic scrapers inside the kettle.
    The agitator revolves around the axis of the kettle while also rotating at different speeds around its own axis, causing the material to undergo complex movements inside the kettle and achieve high-speed mixing.
    High shear and strong dispersion ability:
    The high-speed dispersion disk generates strong collisions and shearing with the mixed materials, achieving high-speed dispersion.
    The low-speed stirring blade provides up and down flipping and shear force, suitable for mixing high viscosity materials.
    Precision temperature control system:
    The kettle body adopts a double-layer jacket design, supporting electric heating, steam heating, or thermal oil circulation, with a temperature control accuracy of ± 1 ℃.
    Meet the requirements of thermosensitive materials and ensure temperature stability during the mixing process.
    Vacuum operation capability:
    Optional vacuum pump can be used to achieve defoaming, dehydration or vacuum reaction processes in a sealed environment.
    Vacuum degree ≤ -0.098Mpa, ensuring stable operation of materials under vacuum.
    Modularity and ease of maintenance:
    The mixing paddle and dispersing disc can be quickly replaced to adapt to different material characteristics.
