Structural composition
It usually consists of a base, a kettle cover and transmission system, a kettle body, a hydraulic lifting system, and an electrical control system. The kettle body is made of stainless steel and has a discharge port at the bottom. The kettle cover and transmission system include planetary motion agitators, scraper blades, planetary motion mechanisms, etc. The hydraulic lifting system consists of plungers, oil cylinders, oil tanks, etc.
Product features
Good mixing effect: variable frequency speed regulation is adopted for the revolution, rotation and wall scraping agitators of the mixing paddle. Multiple paddle types such as multi-layer paddle type and Fried Dough Twists type can be selected according to the material characteristics, which can achieve good mixing effect in a short time.
Excellent sealing performance: A trapezoidal soft seal is used between the mechanical seal and the kettle body, which can operate under vacuum and effectively discharge gases from the material.
High temperature control accuracy: The barrel can be heated or cooled through electricity, steam, water, and oil circulation, and the temperature detection device on the transmission shaft can ensure that the material temperature error is less than ± 1 ℃.
Easy to clean: The inner wall of the bucket is precision machined and polished by a large vertical lathe, and the scraper can completely hang off the material on the inner wall of the bucket without dead corners or residue, making it easy to clean.
