Equipment structure and working principle
Dual planetary mixing system
The equipment is equipped with low-speed agitator (such as Fried Dough Twists frame type and multi blade type) and high-speed dispersion shaft. The agitator rotates while revolution (planetary carrier rotation), forming a complex movement track. The speed of revolution and rotation is independently adjusted by a variable frequency motor (such as revolution 0-40 RPM and rotation 0-1500 RPM), and rapid mixing of materials is achieved through strong shearing and kneading effects.
Scratching and anti sticking design
The planetary carrier integrates a movable scraper that rotates closely against the precision polished barrel wall, scraping away residual materials in real time to avoid dead corners and clumps. Some models use hydraulic lifting brackets for easy operation and maintenance of the cover and mixer.
Temperature control and vacuum system
Heating/Cooling: The kettle body supports jacket circulation heating (water/oil medium) or steam heating, with a temperature control accuracy of ± 1 ℃. The bottom coil is matched with a guide plate to achieve efficient cooling.
Vacuum operation: Mechanical seals and trapezoidal soft seals are designed to support vacuum environments, with a vacuum degree of up to -0.098 MPa, suitable for processes such as degassing and volatile removal.
