Equipment composition
The 50L vacuum homogenization emulsifying unit usually consists of the following parts:
Main pot: used for mixing, homogenization, and emulsification of materials, equipped with high shear homogenization head and stirring device.
Water phase pot: used for preparing water phase materials, usually equipped with stirring devices and heating/cooling systems.
Oil phase pot: used for preparing oil phase materials, also equipped with stirring device and heating/cooling system.
Vacuum system: used to extract air from the pot, achieve vacuum defoaming, and improve product quality.
Heating/cooling system: used to regulate the temperature of materials in the pot to meet the needs of different processes.
Electronic control system: used to control the operation of equipment, including the adjustment of parameters such as stirring speed, homogenization speed, temperature, etc.

Comprehensive functional integration: integrating high shear homogenization, vacuum defoaming (≤ -0.095MPa), scraping and stirring, precise temperature control (heating/cooling, ± 1 ℃ accuracy), and electronic timing, supporting continuous operation.
Hygiene and easy operation: The contact material part is made of 316L stainless steel, mirror polished (roughness Ra ≤ 0.4 μ m), in compliance with GMP standards; Hydraulic lifting of pot lid, supporting tilting and dual discharge of pot bottom, easy to clean and discharge.
Balancing stability and energy conservation: The homogenization and mixing system has a reasonable power matching, operates smoothly with low noise, efficiently processes materials while reducing energy consumption, and is suitable for long-term mass production needs.
Working principle
After the materials are mixed and reacted in the water and oil pots through heating and stirring, they are sucked into the emulsification pot by a vacuum pump. The center stirring and polytetrafluoroethylene scraper in the upper part of the emulsification pot always conform to the shape of the mixing pot, sweeping away the wall sticking materials, so that the scraped materials continuously produce a new surface. Then, through the cutting, compression, and folding of the blades, they are stirred and mixed and flow downwards to the homogenizer below the pot. The materials are then cut in the shear joint by the strong cutting, impact, turbulence and other processes generated between the high-speed rotating cutting wheel and the fixed cutting sleeve. The materials are quickly crushed into particles of 200um-0.2um. Due to the vacuum state inside the emulsification pot, the materials are generated during the mixing process. The bubbles were promptly removed. By using vacuum pumping, the produced products are no longer mixed with bubbles during the mixing process, thereby ensuring the production of products that are glossy, delicate, and have good ductility.
