Horizontal dry nano sand mill

    Working principle

Using a material pump, the solid-liquid mixture material that has been pre dispersed and wetted by a mixer is input into the cylinder. The material and the grinding medium inside the cylinder are stirred together by a high-speed rotating disperser, causing strong collisions, friction, and shear between the solid particles in the material and the grinding medium, thereby accelerating the speed of fine particles and dispersed aggregates. After grinding and dispersing, the material is separated from the grinding medium by a dynamic separator and flows out from the discharge pipe.

    Structural characteristics

Spindle and Grinding Cylinder: The spindle is installed horizontally, while the grinding cylinder is placed horizontally. This horizontal structure ensures even distribution of the medium inside the grinding chamber, with no dead corners for sedimentation.
Sealing device: Adopting a double end mechanical seal with dual protection function, it can achieve zero leakage and effectively prevent material leakage and external impurities from entering.
Separation structure: Equipped with a new dynamic separation structure, it can efficiently separate grinding media and materials, resulting in smoother discharge and fewer vulnerable parts.
Feeding pump: usually using gear pump or pneumatic diaphragm pump, the feeding size is easy to adjust and the working performance is reliable.
Cooling system: Generally equipped with a cooling jacket, it can accurately control the grinding temperature, prevent the material from deteriorating due to high temperature, and ensure the stability of the grinding process and the performance of the material.
